Who is the host of The Repair Shop at Christmas?

The repair shop is hosted by former upholsterer Jay Blades.

He’s also the face of spinoff show The Repair Shop: Fixing Britain, which looks at certain repairs to examine how objects shape our current way of life.

He also runs Jay & Co, a company that sources vintage furniture in order to convert it into newer, more modern designer pieces.

Who are the experts at The Repair Shop at Christmas?

The Repair Shop’s regular team of restoration experts include metallurgist Dominic Chinea, clock restorer Steve Fletcher and leatherworker Suzie Fletcher.

The team also includes toy conservators Amanda Middleditch and Julie Tatchell and carpenter and cabinet maker Will Kirk.

The group is completed by ceramic restorer Kirsten Ramsay, painting restorer Lucia Scalisi and antique photography specialist Brenton West.
